Business Systems Manager
at DN Tanks, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of business applications that support DN Tank’s operations and strategic goals. This is a great opportunity for a candidate ready to make an impact with a world-class team working on meaningful construction projects.Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of business applications, preferably within the engineering and construction industry.Hire, train, and manage business system analyst(s), providing guidance and support.Collaborate with stakeholders, including functional leaders, project managers, project engineers, and superintendents, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the integration of business applications with existing systems, such as project management software, ERP, and CRM systems.Collaborate with Operational Excellence team to recommend technology that supports organizational efficiency and scalability.Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of applications to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.Develop and implement a data strategy that will support informed decision making, operational efficiency and data governance.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.Conduct regular reviews and audits of applications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the applications.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business applications and the construction industry.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS) or related field. MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in managing business applications, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of application development and project management methodologies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with construction-specific software, ERP, CRM, and other business application systems.Benefits & Compensation:
