Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services, is seeking a Security Representative Sr / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL.
What You Will Be Doing:As the CPSO, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Managing security requirements for a complex, large scale and fast-moving Weapon Program, responsible for all aspects of security including personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management.Conducting high-level program leadership briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.Applying business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicating observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations.Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 6 years.
Desired Skills:
Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CPSO, ACPSO, or physical security specialist.Ability to work independently and be a team player.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
