DescriptionPrevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, VA. SCSTC operates globally, with a presence in Shipyards, Fleet Surface Ships, and Forward Deployed Naval Forces (FDNF), including support for international partners such as the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force, Spanish, South Korean, Norwegian, Australian, and Singaporean forces, as well as future Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy Development:
Assist in the development of training solutions by analyzing Navy Training Systems Plans, including Front End Analysis (FEA) and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) products and processes.Training Requirements Evaluation:
Evaluate new system introductions and updates to existing combat system elements to ensure training meets U.S. Navy and FMS needs.Training System Analysis:
Review training schedules and analyze the impact of system changes on readiness and user functionality.Support for International Programs (IP):
Provide training support to international partners and assist in new initiatives related to Foreign Military Sales (FMS).RequirementsExperience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience reviewing training schedules, Navy Training System Plans, Planning Process Methodology documents, and working with the Navy Enlisted Occupational Classification System.Knowledge Base:
Proficiency in the Navy’s Business Case Analysis (BCA), Front End Analysis (FEA), and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) for curriculum development.System Impact Analysis:
Demonstrated experience in analyzing change recommendations and their effect on system readiness and functionality for U.S. Navy systems.Teamwork & Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and meet personal commitments to both customers and coworkers.Education:
High School Graduate (or equivalent).
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
