In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Research, design and implement application software/Measurement IP/components for test systems, which are used to validate RFICs such as Power Amplifiers, RFFE, Transceivers (TRx), Filters, Switches etc.Ownership of system and/or features of system. Lead system/features from definition through release.Collaborate with global R&D teams on feature dependencies, product release, customer escalations etc.Design/Develop IP/features for re-usability across systems/future opportunities. Follow software development processes and best practices for design/development.Seek feedback on the system/features from Business Managers, System Architect, Application Engineers etc. and implement.Provide technical leadership to projects/teams. Drive technical decisions while balancing technical and business needs. Contribute to design and code reviews.Identify and recommend architecture and process improvements to benefit long-term product quality and development efficiency.Lead critical issues and customer escalations to effective resolution.Lead/drive initiatives to advance the skills/competency of the team.Foster culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Lead/mentor junior engineers/technicians in the team.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in development of application/system/ATE for Test and Measurement, preferably for RF.Experience in validation and characterization of RFIC devices/components such as RFFE, Power Amplifier, Transceivers (TRx), Filters, Switches etc.Experience in using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, RF Instruments (VST, VNA, RFSA, RFSG), Protocol Analyzers, Function Generators etc.Hands-on design, development and debugging skills in LabVIEW/C#/C++/Python, TestStand.Familiarity with post-Silicon validation and production test using NI RF instruments, drivers and NI STS (Semiconductor Test System)Key skills/attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills.Good presentation skills.Proven interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and a "can-do" spirit.Possess team skills, self-starter and has the ability to work independently.Collaboration skills and ability to communicate cross-functionally.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environmentEffective oral and written communication skills, English language competency
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience using NI hardware, RF drivers, STS, and application software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, RFmx, RFIC Test Software.Experience with post-Silicon validation and production test of RFICs using NI RF instruments, RF drivers and NI STS (Semiconductor Test System).
