ASSYST is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Specialist to design, architect, and implement enterprise-wide BI solutions, focusing on Oracle utilities (C2M, CC&B) and Oracle Primavera P6 data to deliver actionable dashboards and reports. The specialist will be responsible for building robust data models, data pipelines, and reporting solutions that extract insights from large and complex datasets. Expertise in Oracle Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and BI Publisher is essential for this role, alongside strong knowledge of Oracle P6 Analytics and the construction domain.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and develop BI solutions that enable efficient decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of utilities applications, data modeling, and BI tools, with the ability to manage BI infrastructure and ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data models for Oracle C2M and utilities applications, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Build and manage data warehouses and data lakes to support enterprise-wide analytics and reporting.
Develop complex dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Oracle Analytics, Power BI, and BI Publisher to deliver meaningful business insights.
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Oracle C2M databases.
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
Manage, administer, and support BI platforms such as Oracle Analytics and Power BI to ensure optimal performance and security.
Customize and enhance existing reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
Validate reports by cross-referencing outputs with Oracle C2M data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Incorporate new data sources and features into analytics solutions to improve business decision-making.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to seamlessly integrate data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, and cloud storage).
Administer the Oracle Analytics Server, managing user access, system updates, and performance tuning.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on how to use dashboards and reports effectively.
Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 Analytics to extract and analyze construction-related data.
Automate and optimize data workflows to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, features, and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
Provide mentorship to junior BI professionals and ensure adherence to BI development standards.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Master’s Degree is preferred. A Master’s degree equals one year specialized and two years general experience.
8+ years of experience in designing and implementing data solutions for enterprise-level applications.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle C2M and CC&B utilities applications with in-depth knowledge of data structures.
Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 Analytics and knowledge of the construction domain.
Demonstrated experience working on large-scale data projects involving analytics, BI, and enterprise systems.
Proven track record in implementing enterprise-wide analytics and data integration solutions across multiple systems.
Expertise in designing data models and data pipelines for Oracle-based applications.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency in Oracle Analytics, Power BI, and BI Publisher (both as a developer and administrator).
Extensive experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management systems, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Strong ability to develop real-time reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet business needs.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, quality, and security across the organization.
Deep understanding of Oracle C2M and CC&B utilities applications, including billing and data structures.
