This position is responsible for leading and solving complex client analytics problems; managing the development of experimental design approaches; reviewing validity of information and its relevance; ensuring compliance with regulatory and security policies; and qualifying information storage and usage. The role also involves utilizing patterns in data characteristics, managing usage and access control policies, partnering with data stewards for data quality improvement, and ensuring understanding of principles behind processes.

Pursues professional growth and provides developmental opportunities for others by soliciting and acting on performance feedback; building collaborative relationships; training and developing talent; delegating tasks; and fostering open dialogue among team members.Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items; ensuring policies are followed; delegating tasks; overseeing work assignments; and measuring progress in achieving results.Manages the development, implementation, and automation of business and reporting solutions by partnering with stakeholders; reviewing results; and ensuring data reports meet established standards.Manages strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients and leadership to identify business needs; managing development of outcomes; and ensuring end-users are supported.Manages data analysis interpretation by reviewing findings; ensuring insights are compelling for stakeholders; and sharing insights with audiences.Manages data preparation for analytic efforts by ensuring data quality; approving process improvements; and reviewing complex data sets.Manages data collection on targeted variables by reviewing data sources; guiding data collection methods; and ensuring users are trained and supported.Manages execution of creative data analytic approaches by reviewing data design; defining algorithms; and providing technical support on analyses.Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years experience with data visualization tools.Minimum four (4) years statistical analysis and modeling experience.Minimum four (4) years programming experience.Minimum four (4) years machine learning experience.Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role.Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field and a minimum of six (6) years progressive experience, including four (4) years in data analytics or a related field.Additional Requirements:
