Play a key role as a Scrum/Agile team member in the design, development, deployment, and support of our web solutionsDeliver high-quality, well-tested code that meets stated requirements and reflects coding best practicesComplete assigned sprint tasks efficiently and assist fellow team members as needed to achieve the team's sprint and delivery goalsBe an active, vocal participant in Scrum/Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, sprint retrospective, backlog groomingDesign solutions for feature-level requirements. Break down work into user stories and tasksPerform code reviews to ensure standards and best practices are adhered toProvide technical guidance and mentoring to team membersDemonstrate leadership and accountability for achieving team delivery goalsRecommend and drive team process improvementsBe a great teammate! Required Technical Qualifications
5+ years' experience developing web database applications, 2+ years with .NET and C#Proficiency with JavaScriptExperience developing and integrating REST web servicesProficiency with relational databases and SQLExperience writing unit testsExperience with code version control systems (such as Git, SVN, TFVC) and branching strategiesUnderstanding of software development patterns and coding best practicesExperience delivering software projects as part of a Scrum/Agile teamAbility to lead and coach team members through technical implementationsPreferred Technical Qualifications
5+ years' experience developing web applications with .NET Framework and .NET Core using C#, MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL2+ years' experience with React JavaScript library2+ years' experience developing with Microsoft Azure cloud servicesExperience using Git-based source code management, and Gitflow or similar branching modelExperience creating CI/CD build and deploy pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOpsExperience with agile software project tools, such as Azure DevOps, JiraUnderstanding of data privacy and security principles and how they apply to insurance digital systems and solutionsKnowledge of the healthcare industry is a plusPersonal Qualifications
