role with our client in the entertainment industry for an opportunity located in
New York, NY OR Burbank, CA .2 year contract with the possibility of Permanent hirePay Rate: $66.00/hrHybrid (Must live and can commute to Burbank, CA or New York, NY)
Overview:As a project manager you will help drive the operational success for the visual execution of our streaming service as well as the production and execution of marketing campaigns promoting it. You will work closely with the cross-functional business partners to ensure the design and delivery of artwork assets representing movies, series, and franchises brands. You will help define system workflows and manage knowledge sharing across a variety of stakeholder groups, including Design, Copy teams, strategy, and CRM. You will be part of a growing team who will innovate approaches to artwork quality, delivery tools, and vendor use to develop scalable solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project manage creative design requests across various workstreams with a special focus on emails, push notifications, and in-app messages for Max and Discovery +.Take the lead on campaigns to create timelines, assign design resources, and properly execute creative approvals.Develop a deep understanding of our project management application Monday.com, build project management dashboards and data reports, and understand how tools connect with each other.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, CRM, and originals marketing to manage changing timelines and new promotional tactics.Lead and manage recurring meetings and kick-offs and able to provide status updates to related projects assigned.Ensure designers have proper access to any and all assets needed for their particular project.Project management in other workstreams such as paid media, dotcom, or in-app custom design may also be required at times.
Qualifications:Required Skills:
Media or entertainment background.Negotiation or problem-solving skills.Working with stakeholders and internal clients in previous experience.Works well under pressure.Knows when to take initiative and when to escalate.Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company.Understanding of photography including file formats and terminology.A creative problem solver.Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player.Problem-solving skills and good follow-through essential.Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong time-management skills.Monday.com experience.O365 experience.Project Management software experience: Asana, Monday.com, Airtable.4-6 years of experience as project manager or similar.4 years of experience working at or with a creative team in an advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio/ prior experience in digital asset management for publicity, marketing, or entertainment.Nice to have skills:
