Engineering Working Group Facilitator
to support
Missile Defense Agency . This position is based in Huntsville, AL.Job Responsibilities/Duties:Provide direct support to the Director of Engineering Baseline & Integration (CEF) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineers Office and be responsible for maintaining the technical accuracy of and coordinating changes to the Operational Capability List (OCL). This position also provides direct support to the chair of the OCL Working Group (OWG).Ensure the OCL remains technically accurate through analysis and coordination of technical information with Missile Defense stakeholders, Program Offices, and Elements to keep the Warfighter and OCL community informed of technical issues related to the OCL.Responsible for ensuring the technical content and format of OCL briefing packages is accurate and ready for presentation to government leadership.Manage the OWG forecast, drive forecast updates to MDA Project Server and Qlik Sense, provide administrative support to OWG meetings, coordinate technical responses to OWG action items, and ensure the OWG classified and unclassified portals are accurate.Generate technical responses to assigned MDA Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) actions, author OCL decision memorandum, and develop ETMS2 staffing packages for OCL Decisions.Required Experience:Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.At least three (3) years of related experience in general systems engineering, analysis of the complex interactions of multiple systems, system design, and/or delivery of capability.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Close attention to technical detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Comfortable interacting with and briefing senior MDA leaders.Must be a US Citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in systems, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Missile Defense System is highly desired.Experience with digital data analytic tools such as Qlik Sense, Vizlab, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.Equal Opportunity:
