You know that a good system is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface—it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As a Lead User Experience (UX) Designer, you put yourself in the user’s place to understand the best ways they can engage with the system. We’re looking for someone creative like you to develop the ultimate user experience.In this role, you’ll collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an Agile team, you’ll act as a storyteller, translating research into actionable user insights. You’ll lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including information architecture, interface design, and product implementation and development. Your experience with information architecture, interface design, and product implementation and development will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.Join us. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
