Team IntroductionThe Data Security Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating data security risks posed within the organization. This team is responsible for the construction of the company's data security management system, defining the identification of security risks, and driving the implementation of security governance solutions. This team is also accountable for compiling company data security management regulations/policies, optimizing data security management processes, and operating the internal security platform.
Responsibilities
Identify and assess collaboration opportunities in global business, providing expert advice on data security.Establish and maintain strong relationships with business units and partners to promote the development of global business in data security.Support the company's global business in data security, addressing practical business issues.Coordinate and manage data security projects related to global business, ensuring high-quality project completion.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of data security knowledge and skills, as well as experience supporting international business.3. Excellent risk assessment and management abilities, capable of independently addressing data security issues.4. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate with teams and partners from diverse backgrounds.
Job InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $228,800 - $441,600 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
