Job Responsibilities:
Perform system monitoring as documented
Resolve “stuck in process” files
Notify trading partners when files are badly flawed and cannot be processed
Resolve, when possible rejected EDI records, or contact the trading partners in instances where the reject cannot be fixed
Notify trading partners of repeated errors in EDI files so they can be corrected on the customer’s end instead of vendor manually fixing the issues when rejections occur
Ensure Trak-IT and the underlying Data IO data is kept clean and accurately reflects file processing status
Identify and resolve hung processes or escalate if the issue needs more expertise
Resolve other process issues related to the processing, moving and loading of EDI files or escalate if the issue needs more expertise
Perform special file related requests
Complete and send monitoring notifications
Ensure any email communication found in the IT Operations mailbox is appropriately acted upon or directed to the proper party for action
Monitor the IT Data IO task queue and either act on tasks or assign to the appropriate party for action
Perform claim implementation work; support business and clients from kick-off to live production claim cycle
Monitor processing reports and contact trading partners or escalate internally as appropriate to ensure late files are acted upon in a timely manner
Monitor assigned task queues and address or assign tasks as appropriate
Perform enrollment implementations
Perform network provider data implementations
Resolve or report data loading errors
Perform Sunday/weekend process checks
Other duties as required
Skills and Experience Required:Required:
Competent with Microsoft Office
Competent with T-SQL – Write and safely execute SQL queries
Competent with SQL Server Management Studio
Must have experience with problem solving in a batch-oriented data exchange arena
Experience with ANSI 837, 834, and 997 EDI formats required
Analyze and troubleshoot ANSI X12 file structure
Analyze and troubleshoot flat file and other proprietary file structure
Understand file encryption concepts
Post and retrieve files from FTP sites
Desired :-
Experience in a HIPPA compliance environment
Experience with PGP
Experience with FTP
