This position is available in either of our offices.Responsibilities Include:Managing the architectural design process from the initial programming meetings through constructionWorking with our integrated design team on the preparation of construction documentsGenerating renderings and graphics to communicate design elementsConstruction administrationConducting existing condition surveysPreparing estimates of probable costResearching and applying codes and standardsLEED accreditation, WELL accreditation or Passivehaus Certification a plusCommunicating clearly, professionally and cordially with colleagues, clients, and authoritiesA Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university5-10 plus years of experienceExperience in K-12 Education Planning and Design or Historic Preservation are a plus, but not requiredExperience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe PhotoshopOak Point Associates
