Mid-level Software Developer (.NET)
to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will support our team of developers building the next generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.
The
Mid-level Software Developer (.NET)
is a servant leader who helps teams self-organize, self-manage, and deliver by teaching and coaching effective Agile practices.
Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
Support a large .NET application.
Possess experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.
Experienced in query development and reporting.
User interface design and development.
Mobile application development.
This position is required to be local to the Colorado Springs Region and is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in the Colorado Springs, CO office 4 times per month.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with BS/BA.
5+ years of experience performing as a scrum master utilizing SAFe methodologies or similar Agile servant leadership role.
2+ years of experience facilitating communication/collaboration with client and development team staff through in-person and virtual settings.
U.S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
SAFe Certified Scrum Master.

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
