Design and develop highly available, scalable distributed systemsOptimize complex logistics networks to maximize shipment efficiency and minimize costsCreate innovative solutions for international commerce and customs constraintsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer delivery optionsContribute to the architecture and direction of import and export logistics technology
A day in the lifeYou’ll start your day collaborating with team members on a new algorithm to optimize package routing across international borders. After lunch, you’ll dive into coding, implementing improvements to the distributed system that tracks millions of shipments in real-time. You might attend a weekly learning session to stay updated on industry trends or participate in a mentoring program. Your day could end with a brainstorming session for the upcoming hackathon or joining colleagues for a friendly board game night.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience- Experience programming with at least one software programming languagePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent- If you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you!
