is an integral part of our Operational Systems team based out of our Israel - Airport City site.The
GRC Cyber Security Specialist
will ensure that our organization's cyber security policies, procedures, and practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role will involve managing risk assessment processes, developing and implementing security policies and standards, and ensuring all stakeholders know and adhere to security protocols.Key Responsibilities
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and threats.Develop and implement cyber security policies, procedures, and standards following regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures and recommend corrective actions as necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on security-related matters.Stay up-to-date on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends and make recommendations for enhancing security measures.Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and make recommendations for improvement.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during security audits and assessments.Skills
Advanced skills using Microsoft office programs.Must be proficient using Email, phones, cell phones, and office equipment.Proficient with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Office Products.Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.Interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate verbally and in writing with others in an objective and cooperative manner.Ability to maintain a positive attitude and treat each client and coworker with courtesy and respect.Ability to translate client needs into products/services.Ability to work with multiple departments and a varying portfolio of clients.Able to handle client complaints with calm demeanor and professional attitude.Able to technically assist and understand client needs and provide problem resolution.Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.Must have business acumen, energy and drive, positive attitude, client focused, flexible and empathetic.Must have planning skills sufficient for establishing work priorities and meeting client commitments.Education & Experience
