The Opportunity:CACI's Corporate Enterprise Services’ Cyber Security Team is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Manager. The cybersecurity manager is responsible for implementing and applying technologies, processes, and practices designed to protect networks, devices, programs, and data from malicious attack, damage, or unauthorized access. Performs duties in support of in-house and external customers. Integrates cyber solutions ensuring proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected in accordance with mandated standards. Provides critical written and verbal analyses of generated security alerts and vulnerability and risk assessments. Supports plans of action and milestones to remediate findings from vulnerability and risk assessments. Responsibilities include the granting and tracking of authorization to access and operate IT systems at acceptable levels of risk, monitoring and testing of IT systems for vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise, supporting incident response and remediation activities, the development of appropriate relevant user security awareness and training, and compliance with applicable government and other external standards.

Responsibilities:Provide management of staff supporting robust cybersecurity program and related cyber tools protecting the CACI networks and supporting infrastructure inclusive of endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment and remediation, privilege elevation, granting and tracking security exceptions.Work with Cyber Engineering and Threat Teams to assess the security, risk, and compliance levels of supported system(s).Monitor trends in cybersecurity threats as well as NIST 800 standards in support of these systems.Support mitigation strategies and track stakeholder implementation to ensure risks are addressed appropriately.Use data analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable metrics tracking the security posture of CACI’s infrastructure.Work within CACI, third parties, and suppliers to procure and manage cybersecurity tools, services, and licensing.Ability to work in a team-centric environment.Analyze security data and reporting.Support process and documentation enhancements.Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels.Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.Maintain strong vendor relationships.Ability to translate security and technology requirements to non-technical staff.

Qualifications:Required:Education and Qualifications.BA/BS in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity/EngineeringMinimum seven (7) years of experience including five (5) years of leadership experience.Strong Cyber Security background.Ability to obtain a security clearance.Networking and Cyber Defensive tool expertise.

Desired:CYSA+, CISSP, CEH, Security+, and other security or network-based certifications.Secret or Top-Secret clearance.Previous experience with the management of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities.Ability to mentor and develop individual contributors.Experience with risk management frameworks, DFARS regulations, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, others.Demonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge in three or more of the following: NIST 800 series, risk management and mitigation strategies, implementation of security tools on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms, familiarity of cloud architectures including SaaS implementations, possess knowledge and understanding of multifactor identity and user privilege elevation.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
