IGT has approximately 10,500 employees.ResponsibilitiesBuild product BOMs and Engineering Change Orders in accordance with departmental standards and procedures using PLM system.Coordinate the interaction between Engineering, Contract Manufacturers, and Field Service, to ensure appropriate changes are documented.Own communication of product and change order data to external Contract Manufacturing partners.Assign and supervise part numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness.Lead transfer of product data from PLM to ERP system.Monitor PLM and ERP systems to ensure consistent product documentation; identify and resolve discrepancies between systems.Provide user level support and interact with other areas of the organization.QualificationsAn associates degree or equivalent experience is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.Experienced with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software such as Enovia.Experienced with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software such as SAP.Experienced with SharePoint.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Keys to Success• Foster innovationIGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,450- $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
