As a Software Implementer, you are an expert in the field of building technology, with many years of experience in pre-construction processes, such as estimating, purchasing, scheduling, etc. You will oversee the implementation, training, and support of Simpson Strong-Tie’s software solutions designed for both residential builders and LBMs by managing project timelines, setting productivity objectives, and hitting critical milestones over the duration of an agreed-upon implementation schedule and scope of work. As with all Simpson Strong-Tie positions, this will require total customer satisfaction to be met or exceeded by providing consultation, technology, and service to our industries.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Coordinate with multiple simultaneous customers and lead regularly held meetings to discover and establish customer-specific business standards, collaborate on software system setup, consult on industry best practices, and administer training to lead the customer to independently utilize and maintain the software. (50%)Communicate status updates, implementation timeline progression, personal performance, customer concerns, and other related topics effectively to manager, team members, and other relevant stakeholders. (25%)Collaborate with implementation team, related internal stakeholders, and external third-party personnel to ensure overall project success. (25%)DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.2 years experience in the residential construction industry preferred.2 years experience in estimating or related field preferred.2 years experience implementing and training software applications preferred.Communication: Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.
