Job Description:Gather and analyze system requirements, document system specifications, installation instructions, and other information required to manage servers and ITSM systems. Implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow. Implement various ITSM procedures and modules for Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Knowledge Management. Identify systems hardware and/or software components required to meet growing business and data needs. Use Oracle, ServiceNow, Java, TIBCO, SQL, PL/SQL, Scripting, Putty, IBM Lotus Dominos, JavaScript, Linux, etc.Requirements:Master's degree in Computer Science or Applications with 6 months of experience as Software Engineer or Consultant. Accept BS + 5 years experience as equivalent to MS. Related experience must include using ServiceNow, Java, and TIBCO.Location:
Primary worksite is Frisco, TX, but relocation is possible.
