The Retirement Benefit Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of functions associated with onboarding, data analysis, and providing support for defined contributions, defined benefits, and non-qualified plans. This role works closely with third-party administrators to resolve participant issues.Responsibilities:Respond to retirement benefits questions and correspond with vendors to resolve employee issuesReconcile payroll contributions for the company's 401(k) plans in addition to other audits related to plan dataSupport review of retirement data to the third-party administrator and actuaryAssist with required federal filings and reporting, annual audits for 401(k) plans, the corporate audit, and regulatory agency auditsPrioritize work to meet tight deadlines and multiple touchpointsCompile, verify, and analyze data for the administration of benefitsEnsures retirement plans are administered in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines and regulationsMaintains knowledge of legal and regulatory changes, trends, and other developments affecting retirement benefitsSupport additional tasks and special projects as requiredMinimum skills / qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related fieldTwo (2) years of experience with retirement plans or data analysis in a fast-paced deadline focused environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent analytical skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external partnersAbility to work independently as well as with othersShows initiative and is results-orientedEffective time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workPreferred skills / qualifications:Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of ERISA, defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, and non-qualified plansAbout Ardagh GroupArdagh Glass Packaging is a global leader in glass packaging solutions, producing packaging for the world’s leading brands.
