The company is a leading civil engineering consultancy that takes pride in providing professional planning, environmental design, and engineering services to shape, define, utilize, conserve, and restore land and water resources.Position Overview:They are seeking an experienced Civil Site Project Manager to lead our site development projects from initial planning through to construction. This role will require a strong technical background in civil engineering as well as exceptional client management skills to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Master Planning and Site Development:- Lead the preparation of master plans for various development projects.- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.Site Evaluation and Feasibility Studies:- Conduct thorough site evaluations and feasibility analyses to assess site conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental impact.- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.Site Utilities and Stormwater Management:- Design and oversee the implementation of site utilities and stormwater management systems.- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Detailed Design and Construction Documents:- Develop detailed design plans and construction documents for civil site projects.- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project outcomes.Bidding and Construction Phase Services:- Manage the bidding process, including preparation of bid documents and contractor selection.- Provide oversight during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Technical and Client Management Leadership:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.- Provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license5+ years of experience in civil site project managementProficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design softwareStrong understanding of site utilities, stormwater management, and environmental regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsProven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budgetBenefits:Opportunity to work on a variety of civil/site projects in multiple locationsExcellent bonus packagesFlexible hoursFast career progressionGenerous personal time off and holiday programsHealth, dental, vision, life, dependent life, and disability insurance401(k) and Roth 401(k) with employer matchEmployee referral bonusesSocial eventsCorporate wellness planTuition reimbursementHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience.
