JOB SUMMARY

The Inter-Enterprise Systems Analyst and Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the lifecycle management, design, support, and optimization of enterprise-level applications and systems. This role involves identifying, evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes to support assigned applications and systems, ensuring their seamless integration with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this position oversees project planning, implementation, and maintenance, serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing production support and troubleshooting. The incumbent collaborates with various stakeholders, provides technical expertise, and leads small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with long-term architectural strategies and best practices.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

RequiredEducationBachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience3 years or more of experience in enterprise systems analysis, administration, or related field

Solid understanding of enterprise applications and systems, with expertise in areas such as ServiceNow administration, UNIX, Windows, and IBM platforms

Experience working within an ITIL framework or similar operating model

Demonstrated project development and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and self-direct work effectively

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Licenses and CertificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification Upon HirePreferredLicenses and CertificationsITIL IV certification preferred Upon Hire

JOB DUTIESUtilize extensive professional knowledge to evaluate and enhance enterprise applications and systems, contributing to their continuous improvement.

Collaborate with management and technical experts to develop and implement long-term architectural strategies for enterprise systems platforms.

Lead small to medium-sized projects, providing direction, estimating, planning, and managing project tasks to meet schedule and budget requirements.

Provide guidance and support in the design, implementation, and maintenance of application and operating systems environments, ensuring adherence to established architectural standards.

Conduct systems performance analysis and modeling, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Produce detailed documentation of design components, technical specifications, and operational procedures to support computer operations and user training.

Monitor and maintain assigned system/application environments, including production, QA, and development systems, performing upgrades, patches, and performance tuning as needed.

Communicate architecture concepts and direction to stakeholders, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with vendors for support and escalations related to application modules and platform issues.

Provide after-hours and on-call support for high-level, escalated Service Desk issues as required.

Job Specific Responsibilities:Lead implementation teams in planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of projects, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Serve as a team leader or project manager for small to medium projects, coordinating tasks and resources to achieve project objectives.

Implement and build controls for hardware/software inventory, asset management, and compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate evaluation of emerging technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Develop cost-benefit analysis reports for systems upgrades and communicate strategic vision with data management staff.

Maintain competence in all aspects of enterprise systems, including ServiceNow administration, performance analytics, and process automation.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.

Mentor team members, provide guidance, and support their professional development.

Performs other duties as assigned.
