life while you’re working to help others.Position OverviewA Screening Solutions Specialist (SSS) is a front-line position in the fight against cancer. The SSS will drive product growth of Cologuard in medical practices to meet sales goals within the assigned geography and deliver diagnostic solutions by establishing the importance of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) diseases and screening.This position is field based.Essential DutiesGenerate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscape.
Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care to identify account opportunities.Build a network of relationships within accounts to gain insight into system, customer and patient unmet needs.Synthesize data from a range of formal and informal sources to understand the evolving local care system.
Develop and implement business and account plans.
Create business and account plans based on opportunities to drive acceptance of Cologuard.Lead the implementation of these plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Inform, educate and enable target physician and stakeholder groups about Exact Sciences products.
Lead the successful implementation of account plans.
Ensure execution of targeted tactics to deliver business goals.Communicate customer needs and opportunities to internal stakeholders.Ensure that the team conducts business to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.2+ years of previous sales, inside sales or account management experience OR 1+ years of previous sales experience plus 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, or invalid licenses allowed.Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostics.Experience working with primary care physicians.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM tools.Salary Range:
$79,000.00 - $118,000.00.
