Summary:Support the implementation of licensing and delivery improvement activities to MTS software. Provide MTS customers and employees with timely support addressing all aspects of software entitlements, licensing, and delivery with precision and expertise. Verify entitlements and accurately administer customer licenses and entitlements globally for MTS’s software platforms. Partners cross-functionally to ensure successful software contract fulfillment and distribution, and software version releases. Maintain accurate data in the software licensing and delivery platforms along with SAP records.Primary Objectives:Support the release of software versions to MTS’s global clienteleSupport and lead project teams in software licensing & delivery implementations.Provide subject matter expertise of software licensing systems as needed.Coordinate and support inter-department activities for the release of MTS software.Creates software part numbers and updates Bill of Material (BOM).Update and maintain new and existing versions of software within the delivery platform.Provide release notifications to internal and external customers globally.Distributes software in accordance with MTS’ legal and compliance requirements.Technical Licensing SupportProvides licensing, entitlement, and delivery support to internal and external customers globally.Support software installations to internal and external customers globally.Modifies and creates software license and trial keys.Create, maintain, and deliver training for internal and external customers globally.Maintain MTS’s software entitlement and delivery systemGenerates license keys using the appropriate licensing databases.Updates and maintains licensing databases as required.Coordinate with external vendors for delivery system updates, improvements and troubleshooting issues.Software Contract Administration & SupportReviews Software contracts for accuracy and entitlements.Ensures software contracts and requests comply with MTS policies.Generates license keys and adds features using the appropriate licensing database.Updates and maintains licensing database as required.Makes recommendations to management of improvements or enhancements of MTS systems and processes.Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or other related fieldsExperience2 -3 years of Software Licensing, customer serviceor related experienceSkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Must be self-directed and able to perform duties with little supervision.Customer support experiencePreferred Qualifications2 years relevant project management experienceSAP experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office & MicrosoftPower BI experience2+ years of experiences with updating, running queries, mining data, and managing ERP databases.
