Job Summary:The Senior IAM Security Architect plays a crucial role in shaping the security strategies and architectural vision for our organization's platforms, with a focus on driving IAM direction in the cloud. Collaborate with architects and service owners to deliver scalable, adaptable, and business-aligned enterprise solutions.In this role, you'll work closely with product and technology partners to standardize and modernize our identity technology stack. We're looking for a candidate with extensive expertise in information security, covering a broad spectrum of technologies across on-premises, SaaS, and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:

Provide security architectural leadership for enterprise-wide technology initiatives, focusing on both IT and business needs.Establish relationships with senior IT leaders and technology providers to advance architectural solutions.Define and implement reference architectures and technology roadmaps.Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models.Ensure implementation aligns with security architecture and design principles.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.Drive the adoption of IAM, cloud, and on-premise security architectures.Lead and mentor junior enterprise architects.Act as a subject matter expert on IAM and security architecture.Participate in governance discussions and contribute to critical decisions.Develop solutions for emerging threats and technology changes.Qualifications:

Strong experience in identity and access management (IAM) strategies, particularly within cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS).Expertise in IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID) and federation technologies (ADFS, Ping Identity).Proficient in cloud security and governance tools, including CASBs.In-depth knowledge of Azure AD and its integration with enterprise infrastructure.Familiarity with Directories, SSO, Federation, Delegated administration, API gateways, and SOA services.Solid understanding of Information Security across business sectors, including Digital, Financial Services, Cloud, Fintech, and B2B.We value the power of an inclusive culture and also a strong sense of belonging.
