Job Title: Java / Python Integration DeveloperLocation: Local Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO candidates OnlyDuration: 12 MonthsRate on Level 3 is up to $70-75/hr on Vendor W2 – MaxRate on Level 2 is up to $60-65/hr on Vendor W2 – MaxIntake Notes:2 Software Developers level 3 (Java/Python)Overview:Specifically on the data integration side, mainly within integrations. Need integration knowledge, mostly built through APIs, requiring experience in API development. Scope of work will change mostly on the front end side. Customers are internal front end teams, as well as some third-party work. Everything will live in the data and integration side of things.Typical Day:Agile teams will attend a daily standup, attend any relevant meetings with solutions architecture if needed, then build out integrations in Apigee, Informatica, AWS, etc. Mostly individual contributor work.Core Technologies:- Apigee- Informatica- AWS (SNS, SQS, Lambda)- API, D&I, best practices for API developmentTeam Structure:Size of team: Two teams, each team has a scrum master, solutions architect, and other developers. Will support some third-party work, mostly for internal customers. Culture: Both an individual contributor and a collaborative role. Based on the complexity of the work, if it’s super complex, will work collaboratively; if it’s not, they’ll deliver the end-to-end solution themselves.Years of Experience:Level 2: 5-7 yearsLevel 3: 10 plus yearsExpertise Required:Need to have data integrations expertise, with proficiency in 2-3 applications or more based on their platforms.Job Description:Level II Integration Developer follows the company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents to customize software. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents, and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participates in architecture, design, and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system-level documentation. Analyzes systems specifications and designs, develops, modifies, and installs highly complex and customized software. Actively participates in the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve issues.
