Task Description

support to address the diverse IT needs of DKI APCSS staff, faculty, and participants. Level 1 Help Desk personnel provide first-line support for basic IT issues, while Level 2 Help Desk personnel handle more complex problems and escalations. These teams are crucial for maintaining user productivity and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. Advanced troubleshooting, user account management, and IT project support.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting.Skills: In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.Certification: Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II CertificationOther Requirements: Ability to handle escalated issues and provide mentoring to Level 1 personnel.Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
