Responsible for oversight and management of the administration, risk management and relationship management of fiduciary and investment accounts for two or more teams of four to eight Trust Administrators. Serves as a resource/coach to their Trust Administrators and addresses escalated issues. Primary attributes include the diplomacy and disposition to coordinate multiple parties of interest, including beneficiaries, relationship managers, attorneys, accountants and advisors. Provides expert fiduciary advice, demonstrates document interpretation acumen as well as knowledge and application of relevant trust law. Must possess the force of personality and leadership ability to be regarded as a senior fiduciary expert and problem resolution resource for her/his teams. Performs human resources duties such as reviews, hiring and discipline. Responsible for meeting all corporate and regulatory compliance standards.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experienceAdvanced degree or applicable professional designation such as CTFA or CFPEight or more years of experience in financial services, with an emphasis on trust servicing and/or administrationTwo or more years in a leadership or management rolePreferred Skills/Experience
