Summary of Role:The Technical Analyst will assist in design review and delivery of a coherent architecture and technology roadmap to support large scale projects as part of strategic and transformation roadmap for Loan origination systems implementation deliveries.The role involves working with Business Analyst, change management and IT Partners on phases of the software development lifecycle including Requirements Analysis and Solution Design using existing technology platforms.Bring a good understanding of the Corporate Lending domain specifically LOS (Loan Origination system) and having worked in similar capacity earlier.Job Description
Responsibilities of the role:Understand loan origination landscape of the Bank and analyse the requirements from a technical perspective.Providing nCino technical expertise to stakeholders.Liaise with the Lead Technical Consultant and related Functional Consultants to understand the full solution required and proceed with the technical implementation accordingly.Focus on more technical problems, generally without day-to-day supervision or direction.Has strong proficiency in the tools, systems and procedures that are used to accomplish the job.Provide expertise to clients in the definition of additional standard enhancements.Identify, define and coordinate any development activities that may occur during the implementation of nCino products, such as additional specific functionality, interfacing to external systems or conversion programs to be built.Install custom enhancements and validate technical setup and conduct necessary testing to ensure user acceptance and global quality of the solution delivered.Provide clear and concise technical documentation for internal and external use.Conduct client technical training as necessary.Provide regular update and feedback to the Project Manager on implementation success, potential delays and resources needs adjustments in order to achieve project goals.Coordinate with the maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems encountered by the client are understood and resolved.Supervise, if and when needed, over specific technical parts of the implementation plan.Perform such other duties, functions and services, consistent with status or vocational ability, as may from time to time be required.Should be able to manage different nCino environments.Experience and skills required
Experience working on nCino system is a must.A strong background in Lending domain having good understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle in areas such as loan Origination is essential.Should have a good understanding of the gamut of commercial and SME lending products like Commercial Loans, Syndication, Mezz Finance etc.Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate in a clear non-ambiguous manner, conduct requirements workshops, drive decision making.Experience in documenting business cases, business process modelling, and requirement elicitation through workshops.Full software lifecycle development experience, preferably in agile methodology.Communication, group dynamics, collaboration and continuous improvement are core – being best practice driven.Pro-active, quick learner, ability to effectively work in multi-cultural and multi-national teams.Positive attitude and ability to engage with different stakeholders managing scope and expectations skillfully.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
