Leads multiple projects and oversees development activities to ensure projects are to specification and on timeProvides key input to onshore/offshore/business stakeholders on project status, resource requirements, and budgetary needsRecommends development technology improvements as well as process improvementsParticipates in architecture decisions and deployment activitiesWhat You'll Need

3 or more years working in a related IT field1+ years in a technical mentorship or leadership roleFunctional knowledge of containerized systems like Kubernetes and/or DockerFamiliarity with Microsoft AzureExperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsExperience with agile methodologiesExperience with SalesForce development preferredExperience with mobile development preferredExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with or understanding of complex business processesA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedAbility to teach and share knowledge with othersAbility to manage complex projects from beginning to endAbility to participate in architectural decisionsAbility to lead other developers of cross-functional areas for success of a projectAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management in and out of IT.
