Senior Client Partner , you will play a key role on our enterprise sales team, by leveraging your deep relationships and vertical expertise to bring in and expand fortune 500 clients and agency partnerships. You will also use your industry experience in creator and digital marketing and sales knowledge to coach and mentor team members to help build a world-class sales organization.This role requires a consultative and dynamic senior seller, who can tell compelling stories and drive creative strategies. We are looking for someone who is constantly looking to grow and level up everyone around them. You will be the example of what great looks like, and be a key team member helping not only lead, but inform the creator marketing industry as a thought leader.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies : Leverage your existing network and build new connections across verticals such as Auto, Entertainment, Travel, Tech/TelCo, CPG, and Retail to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities : Take ownership of your assigned territory, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue targets through a strategic approach to sales.Own the full sales cycle : Manage the entire process from lead generation and strategy presentations to contract negotiation, closing complex sales deals with key brands and agencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with Product, Client Success, Marketing, and Strategy teams to design and deliver customized influencer marketing solutions that meet client objectives and drive ROI.Showcase and demonstrate the #paid platform : Use data, insights, and analytics to demonstrate how the platform can empower clients’ Creator Marketing campaigns, highlighting measurable results.Manage pipelines and forecasting with precision : Ensure accurate goal planning and consistently hit sales targets through meticulous management of your sales pipeline and forecasting.Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions : Use knowledge of competitor activities and market dynamics to adapt your sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.Provide thought leadership in the creator marketing space : Represent #paid at industry events, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to clients and a thought leader in influencer marketing.Mentor junior sales team members : Help foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture by coaching and mentoring junior team members, contributing to the overall development of the sales team.To be successful, you'll need toDrive revenue and consistently meet or exceed your quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Fortune 500 brands and media agencies.Demonstrate a deep understanding of the influencer and digital marketing industry, using insights to inform strategic sales decisions.Effectively communicate the value of the #paid platform, conducting demos and presentations that align with client needs.Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the #paid platform.Serve as an advocate for clients within #paid, ensuring that their needs and feedback are addressed.About you5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in influencer marketing, media sales, or adjacent fields.Strong network of existing relationships with Fortune 500 brands and media agencies.Proven track record of selling large contracts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for clients.A mentor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating the team around you.Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce is an asset.Why #paidWe are a group of passionate and thoughtful people working together to fundamentally change the way brands are built while empowering creators to make a living doing what they love.We are growing quickly!
