We are seeking experienced
Cybersecurity Professionals
in Cincinnati, OH to support information systems lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Cincinnati, OH location.
The individual will perform the following duties on a day-to-day basis in support of the program:
Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems.
Assist in the implementation of the required government policy, make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities.
Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority.
Document the results of Certification and Accreditation activities and prepare the system Security Plans.
Periodically conduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.
DoD 8570 IAM level II (or higher) security certification
(examples: CAP, CASP CE, CCISO, HCISPP, CISM, GSLC, CISSP-Associate, or CISSP) or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
Current DoD Secret clearance
with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and a Polygraph as a condition of continued employment.
Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.
Basic Qualifications for Level 4:
Master's Degree with 7 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 11 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 13 years of experience.
DoD 8570 IAM level III (or higher) security certification
(examples: CISM, GSLC, CISSP, CCISO), or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
Current DoD Secret clearance
with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and a Polygraph as a condition of continued employment.
Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security.
Current DoD Top Secret or Polygraph clearance.
4 years of experience with Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and Risk Management Framework.
Knowledge of ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, POA&Ms, NIST, NISPOM, system audits, and vulnerability scanning.

Salary Range:
$97,500 - $146,300
Salary Range 2:
$121,000 - $181,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
