ETS Engineer II - Cloud Engineering

To assist product managers and cross-functional teams in developing, testing, and deploying the HCM cloud product in an Agile environment. Support HCM cloud security and maintain ADO board.Responsibilities
Work closely with the Business Analysts and HR Business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, and integrations.Create and execute test scripts for several HR modules.Perform assigned HCM cloud security tasks.Perform engineering tasks and assignments in support of HR business needs.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
3+ years delivery experience in Bl Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, strong SQL and PL/SQL.In-depth knowledge in 1-2 Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll).Ability to effectively write reports, creating and scheduling Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs & BIP Jobs, HCM Extracts.Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology.Knowledge of SDLC methodology and SAFe principles/framework for product-based development support.Effective organizational, planning and time management skills.Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and learn new concepts quickly.Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.Desired QualificationsExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud.Experience utilizing Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse.Demonstrated understanding of Azure DevOps Boards (ADO).About Us
