A successful individual is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and meticulous; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving issues. Furthermore, we lead within Worldwide Operations and collaborate with functional organizations within Apple.Developing and driving alignment on a multi-year strategic roadmap of intelligent process automationFacilitating the identification and prioritization of automation transformation opportunitiesDriving the strategy, delivery, and execution of business process solutions, focusing on continuous improvementLeading communications, upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teamsMinimum QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams to deliver intelligent process automation projectsTechnical expertise and deep understanding of robotic process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.Results oriented and attention to detailAbility to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressureStrong interpersonal skills and ability to present to managementPreferred QualificationsA degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus8+ years of experience with robotic process automationPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
