Identity and Access Management Engineer
(IAM Engineer) is responsible for the development and implementation of IAM systems and access controls ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of IAM systems and data at Ardent.
Responsibilities
Implementation of SailPoint for Provisioning and Role management.Development of a role based access control solution for user access and business requirements.Integration of SailPoint with enterprise applications.Create reports to suit customer requirements.Responsible for hands-on development and integration efforts.Works with various customer application teams to meet requirements of audit compliance.Provide application related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.Develop SailPoint integrations, processes, and policies.Work with teams across the organization to gather requirements, define processes, and document use cases.Follow out of the box configuration vs. customization as much as possible.Develop Role Based Access within SailPoint.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or HS diploma and equivalent experience.6+ years of IAM experience in an enterprise environment with three+ years of experience developing in an IGA Solution.Experience with implementing custom rules, forms, workflows and a wide range of OOB connectors in an IGA Solution.Experience working in a large healthcare industry.Experience in configuring various types of access certifications.Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, PowerShell, C#, and SQL.Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML, Drupal.Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.Experience with Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Microsoft SQL).Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD and Azure AD).Experience with ServiceNow integration.Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, Security+ or CISA, preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Implementation, configuration and deployment of IdentityIQ.Strong working knowledge of deploying and developing SailPoint.Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture and associated operational requirements in a high availability, reliable, and securable environment.Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required.Familiarity with HR Lawson data.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
