CACI is looking for a Senior Network Engineer
to join our team on the
Transport & Cybersecurity Services
(TCS) program supporting the
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
(NGA). The Program's functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate GEOINT in support of national security. TCS provides innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA GEOINT mission.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise networks
Troubleshooting and resolving network issues
Managing and mentoring junior network engineering staff
Keeping up with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in networking
5+ years of engineering MPLS and BGP
Required engineering experience with the following: OSPF, BGP, MPLS, GRE, IPSEC
Design, implement, and maintain complex, global enterprise networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Manage and mentor junior network engineering staff.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security.
Knowledge of hybrid multi-cloud, automation, scripting, and system engineering processes is desirable.
Desired engineering experience with VXLAN, EVPN, CSfC, & SD-WAN, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
Experience with popular networking equipment and vendors, such as Juniper and Cisco
Experience integrating cloud networking platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Experience with network automation and monitoring systems, such as Ansible, Python, rGPC and Riverbed
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; and strong communication and teamwork skills.
