An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Client Support Administrator will primarily be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external Outdoor Lighting Perspectives customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company selling process, products and programs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, accounting, daily office procedures, etc.Provide the essential first contact for our future customers (qualifying, organizing, and implementing our sales and service process)Answer all incoming sales, service, and vendor phone callsCoordinate the installation and service departmentMaintain databases such as Contact Management System, Access, etc.Manage customer mailingsManage calendar of eventsResponsible for incoming mailUpdate and manage various reports and programs (sales, phone, loyalty, etc.)Provide backup phone support for our other brands (Mosquito Squad and Conserva Irrigation)ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timely fashionExposure to customized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointSystematic in their approachEDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GEDIdeal candidate should have varied computer experiencePrior call center experience preferredCompensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourOutdoor Lighting Perspectives is an equal opportunity employer and supports a drug-free workplace.
