Women, minorities, people with disabilities, veterans and members of all underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.Job SummaryThe Document Administrator has an administrative role and works alongside the Private Asset Analyst team, playing several key roles in helping LP Analyst's clients achieve success:Responsibilities and DutiesCoordinating collection of documents from private asset manager investor portalsOrganizing documents by type and tagging relevant classificationsInteracting with investment manager back-office teamsKeeping track of reporting timelines and triggering execution team workflowsDelivering and maintaining the document warehouse for clientsSupporting the firm's benchmark with document collection and investor information requestsResponding to global client and LP Analyst team requestsWorking with the firm’s data and analytics team on various ‘ad hoc’ projectsQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree preferred (GPA of 3.0+)No experience necessary, but experience in an administrative or organizational role is a plusStrong experience with Microsoft Office suiteExceptionally high attention to detail when managing and analyzing large data setsAbility to work as part of a growing team to constantly implement and improve process and technologyHigh self-motivation with ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and seek additional leadership rolesExcellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude, energy and overall enthusiasm for learning about private assets and financial analyticsWhy LP Analyst?Professional development programs, such as a comprehensive Private Asset Training Program for new hires and regular teach-ins on business and industry topics and themesEarly opportunities for advancement for strong performersCompany-sponsored 401k plan, healthcare and dental insurance plansPaid time-off that increases with tenure at the firm, plus an annual volunteer day of your choiceFriendly and collaborative company culture with frequent company-sponsored team events and happy hours and casual dress codeGreat office located in the arts district downtown with paid parking, free snacks and many other office perks
