3+ years of Development Experience with Oracle SQL / PLSQL5+ years of Development Experience with Server-Side Java/J2EE technology3+ years of Development Experience in Oracle Weblogic or equivalent application server environment3+ years working with XML3+ years working with REST and SOAP Web Services3+ years experience in varied technical position including Network Systems Management systemsExtensive experience in Unix Systems (Solaris, Linux)Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet and SNMPKnowledge with LANs, WANs internet/intranet, and voice networksFamiliar with a range of information gathering techniques, tools and sources (e.g., contextual enquiries, structured interviews, observation, statistical) and identifying gaps in the available information required to understand a problem or situation and devising means of remedying such gapsDealing effectively with unexpected situations, taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming problemsStrong troubleshooting skills and has worked with clients directly, possessing good communication skills and proper understanding of deliverables and commitment on datesQualifications
