What you’ll doYou will develop and integrate quant analytics and software solutions into the technology stack for the Global Macro business. You will create P&L and risk analytics tools, build scalable and robust front-to-back solutions, and support downstream consumers including our Portfolio Management, Risk, and Valuations teams. Your work will enhance real-time and end-of-day valuation processes and improve overall business efficiency through automation. Specifically, you will:
Develop P&L and risk analytics of existing and new products, build interactive tools to analyze existing and hypothetical portfolios, and integrate them in our business-critical applications used for real-time and official EOD/EOM valuation.
Develop scalable, robust, and high-performance front-to-back solutions by integrating proprietary technology with vendor systems, cloud technology, and data engineering.
Proactively automate BAU processes to improve the overall efficiency of business activities.
What’s requiredWe are looking for a highly skilled software engineer with strong coding abilities, rigorous mathematical problem-solving skills, and experience in P&L/Risk or Front Office development.
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in finance, specifically in a P&L/Risk or front office development capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, SQL, Python).

The annual base salary range for this role is $215,000-$300,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
