Create mixed reality software solutions to provide a realistic training environment that combines both a physical and virtual world.Work closely with and integrate 3rd party headsets and other VR/AR/MR hardware and expand our training device feature sets and product lines.The team is agile, test-driven, and multi-disciplinary. The position incorporates all facets of software development from communication, requirements assessment, research, design, development, testing, integration, peer review, documentation, maintenance, and end user support.Design and test aircraft simulator sound software applications using C/C++.Perform 1/3 octave and narrow-band analysis of aircraft recordings for implementation in the software applications.Create and maintain software and hardware documentation.Create and maintain 1/3 octave tests and perform tuning of the sound simulation to tolerances required by FAA/JAA.Provide on-site support of the simulator installation and certification efforts with virtual/augmented/mixed reality projects or technologies.Algorithm development and object-oriented design.Narrow Band and 3rd Octave Signal Analysis.Embedded Systems Programming Experience.Tuning and integration.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
