ASRC Federal is seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional for the role of Senior Principal Systems Administrator – Data Brokering, in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Unified Cyber Situational Awareness (UCSA) program. The Lead Software Developer will provide Operations and Maintenance, as well as Development and Integration of Software and Advance Analytics in support of the UCSA platform.Responsibilities:Gather customer technical and functional requirements for the development of software and analytic products.Defines specifications and functional requirements for complex software systems.Assess and identify design options to meet functional requirements and deliver technical efficiencies.Assess design impacts on hardware and integration requirements.Lead the development of system-level designs including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for system software and analytic products.Ensure system compliance and compatibility with DoD standards and architecture.Creates and maintains software design documents throughout the product lifecycle.Provide technical analysis, operation, integration, and user support services for system software.Provide Troubleshooting, Problem Resolution, and technical guidance in overcoming development obstacles and questions.Provides Subject Matter Expertise in the evaluation and selection of COTS/GOTS software and development tools.Bachelor's degree in a technical field plus ten (10) years of relevant IT experience.An active Secret level security clearance.A DoD 8570 IAT Level II approved certification is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing ability, is required.Experience Developing and Supporting Analytic Services.Experience with Real Time Data Streaming ToolsExperience using Data Warehouse toolsExperience with JIRA and GIT development environments.Knowledge of containerization and micro-services technologies and tools.Knowledge of AGILE and ITIL methodologies.Ability to work under pressure and compressed time constraints as a member of a cross-functional team.ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
