The Technical Specialist (TS4) serves as a MuleSoft Architect/Developer responsible for designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and deploying MuleSoft APIs and integrations. The resource will formally create all technical project documentation, including technical architecture diagrams, data process flows architecture, and design specifications. This role involves integrating MuleSoft and Salesforce with backend data sources and third-party data sources.Responsibilities:Work with business teams to understand their processes and translate their needs into actionable requirements for configuration/development.Create & configure APIs in production and non-production environments.Deploy new API integrations into production and non-production environments.Monitor resource usage and proactively fix any potential issues.Monitor applications deployed in production environments and proactively resolve system and data issues.Create a roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.Document MuleSoft and Salesforce best practices related to release management and deploying changes through various sandboxes to production.Mentor and train State Development resources.Participate in the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft applications.Design and deliver comprehensive MuleSoft API-led data integration projects.Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve integrations in Salesforce.Lead and senior developer tasks using the Anypoint platform, including setup and identity management.Perform web services API integrations with internal and third-party systems (REST & SOAP).Assist with sprint/working sessions, release planning, and maintaining a roadmap for applications within the organization.Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Assess and deploy APIs in chosen MuleSoft platform (GovCloud, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric).Perform technical tasks using Java, DataWeave, RAML specifications/build, DevOps, and CI/CD build pipelines.Apply API-led connectivity concepts to business initiatives.Perform testing using MuleSoft MUnit and build automated test scenarios.Log, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems.Recommend and review best practices and tools for Release Management/DevOps.Monitor and provide production support for all MuleSoft integrations.Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft and Salesforce technologies and best practices.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including flow diagrams and process diagrams.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:Solid MuleSoft skills, experience in building APIs, and integrating with third-party systems.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.More than 10 years of experience in Information Systems including Analysis, Design & Development.5+ years of experience in Mule Integrations, Mule API management, and MuleSoft Product suite.5+ years of experience in Java, DataWeave, RAML specifications/build, DevOps, and CI/CD build pipelines.5+ years of experience with SOA, RESTful architecture, and web service development.5+ years of experience with Anypoint platform setup, including identity management and cloud concepts.5+ years of experience in Core JMS, web API, SOAP, REST, ODATA, XML, FTP, JSON, and authentication methods.5+ years of experience in MuleSoft MUnit and building automated test scenarios.2+ years of professional experience in integrating Salesforce & MuleSoft.5+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile development practices.Ability to propose, document, and implement software project lifecycle solutions.Knowledge of Medicaid is desired but not required.MuleSoft certification(s) and Salesforce.com Administrator certification preferred.Required Education: BS/BA degree or combination of education & experience.DESIRED Skill Sets:Effective leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and business teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Stay abreast of current technologies in the area assigned.Establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Recognize patterns and opportunities for improvement throughout the organization.Ability to discern critical from minor problems and innovate new solutions.Your Resume * (.doc, .docx, .pdf files are only allowed)
