Our Intermediate ServiceNow Developer will provide operational and end-user support for the Service Catalog of products within the fully integrated ITSM solution. This person is responsible for configuring and developing applications and processes using standard ServiceNow scripts and tools. This position requires strong experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:Contribute to ongoing design and development efforts related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations at an intermediate level.Automate legacy processes using available ServiceNow workflows and best practices.Assist in analyzing and resolving configuration issues promptly including, but not limited to, Service Catalogs, Workflows and Reporting.Work closely with the business areas and application support teams to improve business processes.Maintain a consistently large, and often dynamic workload ensuring adherence to security best practices and standards for various platforms.Perform complex queries and analysis to ensure the integrity of ServiceNow data.Continue to learn software engineering languages, tools, and environments with special emphasis on ServiceNow.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience.5+ years of software engineering experience.3+ years of experience analyzing complex business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability.3+ years of experience administering or developing on the ServiceNow platform.3+ years of experience working with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies.3+ years of experience supporting relational database systems.2+ years of web/JavaScript development.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.ServiceNow Certified Developer.ITIL certification or general knowledge in v3 or higher.Experience developing IT Service Management solutions.
