Systems Engineer – AndroidAustin, Texas, United StatesLocated at the Samsung Austin Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility, (Parmer Rd)This OpportunityDoota Industrial America is seeking a talented and experienced Systems Engineer (Android) to join our team at our client location, Samsung Austin Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility. We are seeking a skilled Systems/Software Engineer to partner with the Wireless Services Team. This role is essential for the development, maintenance, and management of Android applications, overseeing application development, optimizing private wireless networks, and ensuring seamless systems integration. A successful candidate will streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Expertise in technical areas with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments.ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end development and management of high-quality Android and general applications.Utilize expertise in Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, and other pertinent object-oriented programming languages for both Android and general app development.Implement modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, and Clean Architecture.Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and applications effectively.Conduct thorough testing using Unit Tests, UT Tests, and automated testing frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers.Manage and maintain overall system infrastructure for stability, security, and efficiency.Ensure compliance with design guidelines and maintain backwards compatibility.Optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.Perform regular systems monitoring, optimization, and maintenance.Ensure robust security and optimal performance of wireless communication systems.BenefitsHealth, Vision & DentalCompany Match 4%Vacation, Sick Time & HolidaysInternal Mobility$2,000 Annual Professional Development Reimbursement ProgramMaternity & Paternity LeaveWho We AreAt Doota Industrial America, we foster a vibrant environment that nurtures creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
