Responsibilities:
Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and perform regular security assessmentsImplement security policies and protocols to mitigate risks and protect data integrityConduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on systems and applicationsRespond to and investigate security incidents, providing effective remediationStay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutionsMaintain documentation related to security incidents, actions taken, and security measures in placeRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related fieldCompTIA Security+, CISSP, CSCU, Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate, CISM, CySA+, CISA, GSEC, CRISC, CTIA, CCNP Security, GCTI etc Certification is Required.Proven experience as a Cyber Security Administrator or similar roleStrong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security protocolsExperience with risk analysis and security risk assessmentsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST)Knowledge of security systems and tools (e.g., SIEM, antivirus, anti-malware)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenBenefits
