Job description: Note : Candidate Must have 5+ years of Architect Level exp ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc Experience with system administration Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies Experience with various integrations & APIs.
