In this role, you will oversee administrative tasks, manage purchase orders, track shipments, and provide key support to the office. We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in office management, exceptional communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in print or promotional products is a plus. Apply today salary: $20 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure the office operates efficiently. Prepare and place purchase orders with vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Review proofs and specifications, ensuring they align with orders before production. Track and monitor delivery dates, shipment status, and open purchase orders. Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed. Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to emails. Process customer orders, address inquiries, and follow up on any questions. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including inventory shipments and order fulfillment. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new office management systems. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, conducting research, and generating reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role. Preferred experience in the commercial printing industry, promotional products, or advertising Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
