About This JobSummer 2025 Intern PositionSession 1: May 28 - August 15Session 2: June 17 - September 5Intern must be able to work the entirety of one of the two sessions.

We are seeking a BSA Analyst Intern to assist the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Department with the BSA/AML related monitoring of the Bank's customers and their transactions via report review, enhanced due diligence review, and data mining using a designated BSA software program, the Bank's core system and other computer applications.

Assist with transactional monitoring of client and customer financial activities and make determinations of unusual or suspicious activity.Assist with monitoring of the Bank's high risk customer base to ensure activities are in line with expectations for industry size and location.Draft high risk customer profile assessments inclusive of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) of customer transaction activity, open source information (OSI) research, and use of financial products or services.Participate in BSA Program and business unit meetings as it relates to unusual or suspicious activities identified or account opening and BSA risk ratings.Review accounts at account opening for proper client verification and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).Assist with data mining customer transactions and customer risk classification populations.Assist with development of data metrics and reporting of BSA related or financial crimes risk factors.Review of Global Sanctions and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) watch list to ensure Bank customers are not identified within these Sanctions.Axos Intern Benefits May Include:
